Mike Brcic, Project Wildfire director

For over 15 years, Mike has married his love of entrepreneurship and social change, using business to make the world a better place.

Since 1996, his eco-tourism company Sacred Rides has been guiding mountain bikers from all over the world in the some of the planet's most spectacular destinations, using passion, connections and community projects to make positive change, both in his clients and the communities where the company operates. In 2009, the company was named '#1 Mountain Bike Tour Operator on Earth' by National Geographic Adventure magazine and has won a Teva award for sustainable tourism as well as Top Ten Trips of 2011 by Outside magazine.

In 2006, Mike founded Bikes Without Borders, a nonprofit organization that uses bikes as a tool for development. BWB is currently working in Malawi, where their Pedal Powered Hope program is providing new bikes and bike ambulances for Community Health Volunteers, saving lives and fostering better health in one of the poorest countries on earth.

Mike lives in Toronto with his wife and three children and gets on his mountain bike to ride the Don Valley as often as he can.

Obsessed with social innovation, entrepreneurship and design, Cee Sando is a firm believer in ideas translating into action.

Nicknamed, 'the conductor', cee has focused her career on initiating relationships between corporate entities, grassroots organizations and individuals. Using a non-traditional marketing strategy that employs matchmaking and project synergy, she has worked in an array of industries including entertainment, fashion, beauty and corporate business. These projects have taken place all over the world- from Toronto, New York and Miami to Barbados, Dubai and Paris.
