1. What is your source of capital to pay the tutors and to keep the website running? (i.e., Where do you get the money to cover the operational costs?)
2. It appears to me that the desired effect is to benefit students - both the tutors (those answering the questions) and the tutored (those asking the questions). However, do you foresee that this model might interfere with the academic performance of the participants? For example, would the incentive of earning cash cause paid tutors to negate their school work in favor of answering more questions (and earning more $)?

Business Description:
School Crack Inc. offers a website schoolcrack.com where students can get FREE TUTORING 24/7 and get PAID to do their HOMEWORK.
Students can get FREE TUTORING by creating a student account at schoolcrack.com and start posting their questions on our web-forums. Students can then rate any responses/answers to their questions. To create a student account, all you have to do is provide us with your email, current grade level, and school affiliation. Student questions are answered by volunteers or paid student tutors at schoolcrack.com.
Since questions are posted solely by students, anyone in the world can volunteer answers without signing up. However, volunteers who want verifiable community service hours must create an account at schoolcrack.com and have positive feedback.
To be a paid student tutor you must volunteer to answer 25 student questions with positive ratings. Once you’ve done that, your salary starts at 2 cents per question answered with positive feedback. You are eligible for a raise after answering 100 questions. The higher the feedback; the higher the raise. After answering a 1000 questions with positive feedback student tutors are eligible to become shareholders of School Crack Inc. and are offered profit shares. The more questions you answer with positive feedback the more profit share you receive. Students who want to be paid tutors must provide: an email address, current grade level, school affiliation, and a void check/direct deposit form. (Students under the age of 14 must provide written consent from their guardian(s))
NOTE: Since the internet is an unregulated place, School Crack Inc. believes that user safety comes before all else. That is why students, volunteers, and/or paid tutors cannot exchange any personal information on schoolcrack.com. There is a zero tolerance policy; users who breech these terms will be banned indefinitely.

Neat idea. A few questions popped up in my head:
